SMS Messaging Terms

Program: Quikstep SMS Notifications (also provided as DCD Pro), operated by Scaramango Technologies Limited.

Description: Quikstep sends SMS messages to drivers who opt in by ticking the optional SMS consent checkbox on the Quikstep login screen (mobile app, web link or web dashboard). SMS consent is not a condition of using the service: drivers who do not tick it can still sign in and use Quikstep, and are not sent SMS. Messages relate to transactions assigned to you: new assignments, pickup and delivery details, schedule changes and status updates.

Message frequency varies based on your assigned transactions. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
